Inawashiro Ski Resort is looking for non-Japanese seasonal staff to help with our ski/snowboard lessons and resort facilities during the upcoming 2023-2024 ski season.

■Skills & Experience Required
Native English level / Japanese level not required
Sufficient skiing/snowboarding experience to teach beginners.
No previous ski/snowbord instruction experience in necessry for some instructor positions. We will help you get the certification you need to lead effective lessons
CPR training, first aid training, and Japanese ability are a plus.

Be able to obtain a valid Japanese Working Visa or Japanese Working Holiday Visa.

*Ski and snowboard lessons in English(Private Lesson)
*Ski lessons in English at elementary, junior high, and high schools(Group Lessons)
※When there are no lessons, you may be asked to help with other tasks.

1.Full season contract is from late December - late March
2.Short season contract is from mid January - late February
■Working hours::8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
■Holidays: Determined by shift. 1-2 days off per week
- Pay Rate

■Base rates are from ¥2000/hour for certified instructors.
(from ¥1500/hour for non-certified instructors)
■Other:accommodations will be provided in the form of either an on-site hotel room or local share-house(some expenses paid) A season lift pass is provided

*Skilled Labor Visa (Instructor Positions only) – Must have a minimum of 36 months of snow sports instructing experience. You will require letters from previous employers as proof.
*Ski Instructor Visa (not applicable to Snowboard instructors) - must have a certification from one of the following associations, ADIDES, APSI, CSIA, DSLV, BASI, NZSIA
*Permanent Resident Visas or a Spouse Visa
