Announcement of Special Train Service Between JR Koriyama Station and Inawashiro Ski Resort

Thank you for your continued support of Inawashiro Ski Resort.
We would like to announce a special round-trip train service between Fukushima Prefecture JR Koriyama Station and Inawashiro Ski Resort.
The exterior invokes an image of the red brick and black mortar of Meiji and Taisei period Modern Western townscapes, while the interior takes inspiration from Meiji and Taisei modern architecture and Aizu Lacquerware, lending a unique sense of harmony to the trains appearance.
Not only will you be able to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the final destination, Inawashiro Ski Resort, but we are preparing events for guests to enjoy while riding the train and also on the slopes. Details regarding the events will be announced via press release and on our homepage as soon as they are finalized.

Koriyama Station (9:51AM departure) ━━ (in-transit events) ━━ Inawashiro Station (10:53AM arrival)
Inawashiro Station (6:07PM departure) ━━ (in-transit events) ━━ Koriyama Station (7:02PM arrival)

(Car No. 1) A large counter spans the length of the entire car, assisting you in enjoying your railroad journey. There is free seating at the counter, allowing for various ways to spend your time on the train. Sweets and drinks popular among Fukushima residents are also available for order.
(Car No. 2) 4-person, 2-person, and individual seating areas are available in this car. The box seating and table space allows passengers to relax during their journey.
